What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the CXtec products, services, and business units.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with customers and buying committees.
- Create and maintain sales tools including one-pagers, presentations, solution briefs, talk tracks, battlecards, and email frameworks.
- Partner with Sales to understand customer objections, identify messaging gaps, and improve sales conversations.
- Refine enablement materials based on field feedback and market insights.
- Develop campaign briefs that define the audience, value proposition, key messages, and sales follow-up strategy.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns are built on strong customer insights and clear positioning.
- Gather insights from customers, Sales, competitors, and industry trends to strengthen messaging and positioning.
- Identify emerging opportunities, buyer pain points, and competitive differentiators.
- Turn research into practical recommendations that improve campaigns, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and business leaders to ensure messaging accurately reflects our capabilities and customer needs.
- Help connect all CXtec offerings into a unified lifecycle story that supports cross-selling and long-term customer value.
What We Require
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or sales enablement.
- Experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, networking, or IT services is preferred.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling business value.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting Sales.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
