The Product Marketing Manager

Develop and execute marketing strategies for artificial intelligence (AI) products, focusing on driving product adoption and business growth.

  • Lead the strategy and go-to-market for product positioning and competitive differentiation across all stages of the buyer and customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, marketing teams, sales staff, and senior company leadership, to ensure successful execution of all marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize marketing strategies, manage product launches, develop sales enablement materials, and work with internal and external stakeholders to drive product innovation.
  • Work with product managers to understand the key value proposition and target markets and devise marketing campaigns that will drive demand.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and execute on marketing campaigns, promotions, content marketing initiatives, and build sales trainings/collateral.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver content on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee strategic product launches from beta thru GA, ensuring targets are met.
  • Enable sales teams at all levels on Cohere’s value proposition and messaging.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform product development, pricing, and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in Enterprise software and SaaS.
  • High level of technical acumen and understanding of complex technologies.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a strong sense of conviction and diplomacy.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • A strong sense of ownership.
