Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate go-to-market channel execution and support product marketing to drive expert-led marketing and top-of-funnel opportunities for both new customer acquisition and returning user re-engagement.
- Drive development and execution of growth strategies and end-to-end customer experiences, with a focus on the returning user experience, onboarding, and lifecycle.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research, customer insights, and A/B testing to influence product roadmaps and deploy data-driven growth strategies.
- Optimize customer journeys across entry points, landing experiences, and navigation for a portfolio of assisted product offerings.
- Leverage customer insights and competitive analysis to unlock growth and inform strategic decision-making.
- Own the customer problem and collaborate with Research to build deep insights on full-service customers.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to launch features and expert-led experiences that support acquisition, retention, and lifecycle conversion.
- Drive returning-user messaging hierarchy, service messaging, product assets, and seasonal readiness planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Growth and Product Marketing teams to translate strategy into actionable programs, messaging, and creative toolkits.
- Independently manage strategic projects and resolve complex issues through cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with Analytics and Product Marketing to evaluate strategy performance and recommend in-season and off-season pivots.
Required Experience/Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience in growth or product marketing, with a focus on re-engagement and retention.
- Experience in top-of-funnel channel strategy, activation, and execution, as well as pricing, retention, re-acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to integrate business priorities into short- and long-term plans.
- Self-starter with a track record of proactive leadership, prioritization, and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey strategic objectives and results to senior leadership.
- High levels of ownership, initiative, and a drive to achieve measurable performance results.
- Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions while managing ambiguity.
- Strong experience uncovering qualitative and quantitative customer insights to inform end-to-end customer experiences.
- Strong data analysis skills, including hypothesis-driven testing and translating results into recommendations.
