You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, from initial concept to successful launch, directly contributing to the digital presence and market reach of a leading technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the delivery of product launches and marketing campaigns, including developing detailed workback schedules, managing dependencies, and ensuring launch readiness (e.g., quality assurance, go/no-go decisions).
- Cook up and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors for product launches, campaigns, and various web projects.
- Support the implementation and administration of operational rigor through standardized processes, templates, service level agreements (SLAs), and launch playbooks.
- Ensure that quality, accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards are consistently met through structured review cycles, diligent issue tracking, and robust release governance processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong project and program management experience, particularly in digital, web, or marketing contexts.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Experience with intake and ticketing systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and collaborate effectively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of web production processes, including design, content management systems (CMS), and accessibility standards.
- Experience with cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- A college degree in any field.
- Additional certifications or advanced studies in program or project management.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
