You'll own the end-to-end narrative, positioning our AI agents against legacy iPaaS vendors while empowering sales teams with high-impact collateral. This is a hands-on role working directly with founders to scale a seven-figure ARR business. Location San Francisco, USA Why this role is remarkable Category Creation: You will define the "integration delivery" category, moving beyond traditional iPaaS to solve the massive "Day 1" maintenance challenges that currently require expensive human consultants.Elite Backing and Traction: Join a team with $6.5M in funding from early Airbnb and Uber investors, already serving 30+ enterprise customers with proven 90% faster delivery cycles.Direct Strategic Impact: Work alongside Forbes 30 Under 30 founders to build the PMM function from the ground up, owning analyst relations and the entire GTM strategy for a technical product. What You Will Do Own the narrative: Refine technical positioning and messaging across the website, pitch decks, and partner collateral to differentiate Refold AI from legacy middleware like MuleSoft, Workato, and Boomi.Arm the sales team: Create high-impact sales enablement tools, including battle cards, objection handling guides, and customer success stories that highlight our recovered engineering hours and delivery capacity.Lead analyst relations: Drive the strategy for Gartner and Forrester engagements, managing briefings and submissions to position Refold AI within Market Guides and emerging AI agent frameworks. The ideal candidate Experienced B2B Strategist: 5–8 years in product marketing at B2B SaaS companies, with a track record of building the PMM function at high-growth Series A or B startups.Technically Fluent: Deep experience marketing infrastructure, data, or developer tools, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers without needing translation into metaphors.Hands-on Builder: A creator who writes their own positioning docs and content, comfortable working 3 days a week in the San Francisco office to collaborate in person with the core team.
