What You Will Do End-to-End Event Management: Plan and execute Refold AI’s presence at major industry conferences like SAP Connect and Ai4, focusing on generating meetings and sourced pipeline over simple badge scans.Executive Networking: Scale a monthly dinner series for CTOs and VPs of Product across target metros, managing everything from guest lists to venue selection to ensure high-quality pipeline influence.Content Production: Produce "Unfolded," a rapid-fire podcast designed for mid-funnel accounts, while building a recurring webinar engine and a practitioner community where integration leaders actually want to engage. The ideal candidate Proven Field Marketing Track Record: 5-8 years of experience in community or field marketing at B2B SaaS companies, ideally during Series A or B growth stages with full calendar ownership.Deep San Francisco Network: Significant local connections and "producer instinct" to fill a room with twelve high-level software executives without relying on paid lists or external agencies.Pipeline-Driven Builder: Experience being measured on meetings and opportunities, with a hands-on "Builder DNA" to write invite copy, book venues, and instrument results within HubSpot.
