About the role

As the first marketing hire at Solea AI, you will own the entire marketing function from scratch. Working directly with the founders, you'll transform complex AI technology into compelling narratives for home service business owners. Your mission is to build the brand, drive growth through content, and establish our market presence.

• You will be the very first marketing hire, giving you total ownership and a seat at the table as we build the company's voice.
• We are backed by $10M+ from top-tier investors like Fifth Wall, Uncork Capital, and former ServiceTitan executives who understand this specific market.
• You get to define a new category of autonomous AI software for an industry that has been historically neglected by modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end marketing assets including blog posts, case studies, sales materials, and social content that speaks directly to pest control operators.
• Lead the evolution of the brand and website, ensuring messaging and design reflect a world-class AI product that simplifies complex operations.
• Launch and manage new growth channels, such as a customer-focused podcast or targeted campaigns, to build a community and drive sales.

Requirements

• You are a strong writer who can distill sophisticated AI concepts into simple, persuasive language that resonates with blue-collar business owners.
• You have a proven track record as a marketing generalist, comfortable navigating content, brand, social media, and sales enablement in early-stage startups.
• You possess a builder mentality and high taste, thriving in fast-paced environments without a playbook and holding yourself to a high quality bar.
