Product Marketing Lead, Enterprise
About the role
At Scale, we develop reliable AI systems for the world’s most important decisions. The product marketing team is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive awareness and engagement for Scale’s offerings among core audiences. We take a data-driven approach to understand our customers’ needs and challenges, ensuring their voices are reflected in product development and messaging. We partner closely with product, engineering, research, sales, comms, and the broader marketing team to create a cohesive customer experience across all channels. This role will focus on developing and optimizing vertical-specific messaging and content for Scale’s applications business to ensure our messaging resonates with core buyers across verticals.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, compelling messaging for enterprise offerings tailored to key personas within target verticals
- Create marketing assets, including slide decks, videos, blog posts, and one-pagers, that effectively communicate our value propositions to vertical leaders and support our sales team’s pursuits
- Lead positioning and sales enablement efforts to drive awareness and engagement for Scale’s offerings
- Drive cross-functional marketing programs around target verticals, in conjunction with product, engineering, sales, and growth marketing to create a cohesive customer experience and contribute to pipeline targets
- Collaborate with field marketing and events teams to develop vertical-specific event strategies, content, and experiences that drive engagement within customer and target accounts
- Drive customer marketing efforts, creating both strategy and tactics to maximize the value Scale and customers get from our shared success, including case studies, testimonials, visual assets, and event participation
- Design and run Scale’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program — including virtual sessions and an annual in-person summit — to engage senior enterprise executives with programming that is genuinely engaging and additive
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B enterprise environments, with a preference for experience in at least one vertical sales-led growth motion or a customer marketing focus
- An understanding of AI/ML technology and/or intuition for how to build content for executive buyers, IT, and business users
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, storytelling, and analysis skills
- Ability to influence at all levels, including executive, and to work across functions
- An outstanding level of attention to detail

Pay
The base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle is $172,800—$216,000 USD. Compensation packages for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The final salary will be determined during the interview process based on work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
