About the Role

We're hiring a seasoned Product Marketing Lead to define and scale the story of ZAIDYN Medical and ZAIDYN Clinical, the two ZAIDYN product lines closest to the science: evidence generation, medical affairs, and clinical development. You'll own positioning, launches, and enablement for medical affairs, HEOR, evidence generation, and clinical operations leaders across pharma and biotech, while leading and developing a Product Marketing Sr Associate who's already deep in ZAIDYN Medical. It's a role for someone who wants to combine hands-on product marketing craft with real people leadership. This is a role for a strategic product marketer who can turn dense scientific and clinical detail, from care gaps and KOL evidence to trial design, into positioning that medical, commercial, and clinical stakeholders all trust. You'll combine product depth, creative communication, and commercial acumen to make ZAIDYN the category leader in medical affairs and clinical intelligence, while building your Sr Associate into a stronger, more independent product marketer along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine the ICP, buying committee, and buyer personas across medical affairs, HEOR, evidence generation, and clinical operations, along with the value architecture for both ZAIDYN Medical and ZAIDYN Clinical.
  • Build positioning independently for ZAIDYN Medical's care gap, opinion leader, and patient outcomes intelligence and ZAIDYN Clinical's trial design and site selection capabilities and connect the two into one coherent story where applicable.
  • Craft messaging that holds up for scientific and clinical audiences without losing the strategic thread for commercial and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a Product Marketing Sr Associate focused on ZAIDYN Medical, setting clear goals and creating room for them to grow in scope and seniority.
  • Personally drive product marketing for ZAIDYN Clinical, while setting the strategic direction and quality bar for the ZAIDYN Medical work your Sr Associate delivers.
  • Model the positioning, enablement, and storytelling craft this function runs on, so your Sr Associate has a clear standard to build toward.
  • Develop GTM strategy and tiered launch plans, with clear success measures, across both ZAIDYN Medical and ZAIDYN Clinical.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Industry Marketing, Demand Generation and Customer Success to align commercialization strategy and launch readiness across both product lines.
  • Develop and drive adoption of high-impact enablement assets: messaging frameworks, case studies, demo flows, and battlecards, etc.
  • Lead enablement sessions for AEs and customer success to build field fluency, including when to cross-sell.
  • Build advocacy programs with client case studies and outcome stories from both the patient and commercial side.
  • Represent the products internally and externally, through presentations, webinars, demos, and executive narratives, educating and inspiring audiences.
  • Ideate, script, and record engaging product demos and videos that showcase how agentic AI turns care gaps, KOL evidence, and trial data into faster, more confident decisions.
  • Simplify complex concepts into accessible, memorable stories that inspire belief and adoption.
  • Execute market, buyer, and competitive research across both the medical affairs and clinical development ecosystems to inform GTM priorities.
  • Work on win/loss analysis for both product lines, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of developments in medical affairs technology, clinical trial innovation, real-world evidence, and agentic AI, shaping ZAIDYN's differentiation strategy on both fronts.

Requirements

  • 9–11 years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or life sciences industry.
  • Ideally experience with enterprise platforms, data/AI-driven products and life sciences technology.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Industry Marketing and Demand Generation on launches and growth, with strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing or mentoring other marketers, with the ability to set clear goals, give direct feedback, and grow someone else's scope and skill.
  • Deep sales enablement expertise, from narrative design to competitive storytelling and commercial acumen.
  • Fluency in medical affairs or clinical development, or a track record of getting fluent fast in scientific, regulated domains.
  • Understanding of AI and agentic AI concepts (predictive analytics, GenAI assistants, etc.) and how to turn them into business value.
  • Excellent communication skills, equally credible in a technical or scientific conversation and in front of an executive audience.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life through content, video, and storytelling.
  • Collaborative leader with a bias for action and curiosity.

Benefits

  • Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathways
  • Milestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities
  • Internal mobility paths that empower growth via s-curves, individual contribution and role expansions
  • Comprehensive total rewards package that supports your health and well-being, financial future, time away, and professional development
  • Hybrid working model combining work from home and on-site presence
  • Travel opportunities to strengthen client relationships and gain diverse experiences
