Product Marketing Lead
About the role
Nash powers the logistics infrastructure behind brands such as Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, Shopify, and Toast. The company is scaling fast and building its product marketing function from scratch. The Product Marketing Lead will own positioning, narrative, launches, and the strategic voice of the platform, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and working as a peer to the Product Team, CEO, CTO, and a senior cross‑functional group across product, engineering, sales, and growth. Location: hybrid remote/in‑office, Bay Area preferred; fully remote considered for the right candidate.
Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics: a programmable, AI‑native system that unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity from fleets, gig workers, autonomous systems, and more to deliver real‑time logistics for commerce brands.
Responsibilities
- Own Nash's positioning and narrative across audiences: enterprise retailers, grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare, platforms, partners, and the broader category being shaped.
- Lead launches end to end: shaping what gets built and when, messaging, assets, sales enablement, and post‑launch measurement of business impact.
- Be the most authoritative voice on the customer inside Nash: distill customer signal into patterns that inform product and sales.
- Own competitive intelligence: maintain a living worldview on competitors that sales can use in deals.
- Build the launch system (cadence, rituals, templates, prompts, playbooks) so each launch compounds.
- Partner with Sales as a strategic peer: develop market expertise, talk tracks, and scalable enablement.
- Partner with Product as a peer: challenge the roadmap with customer signal and shape what is built.
- Equip the organization: improve pricing
