Product Marketing Lead
About Code Metal
Code Metal redefines code translation for mission-critical industries, accelerating deployment of DSP, RF, communications, and embedded signal processing algorithms onto heterogeneous compute targets, including GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs, and edge SoCs. We also support automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor partners deploying complex algorithms onto constrained hardware with speed and rigor.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead — a technical-leaning, full-stack product marketer who can translate our platform's complex technical capabilities into clear product stories. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, sales, and executive leadership, focusing on product depth, technical clarity, and customer proof.
What You’ll Do
Own product positioning and messaging for Code Metal’s platform, capabilities, workflows, and use cases, from foundational platform narratives to feature-level talking points.
Lead product marketing for new launches, partnering with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to land clear messaging, launch assets, demos, web content, enablement, and customer proof.
Build a deep understanding of our customers, technical users, use cases, and competitive landscape, and turn that insight into messaging and content that resonates with developers, engineering leaders, technical buyers, and partners.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear product stories, diagrams, demos, web copy, one-pagers, white papers, solution briefs, and field-facing materials.
Partner closely with product and engineering to understand how the platform works, what is differentiated, and what customers need to believe in order to trust it.
Develop customer proof points and turn them into credible case studies, slides, one-pagers, proof-point libraries, and sales-ready narratives.
Equip sales, customer success, and leadership with the materials they need for high-stakes conversations, including product explanations, competitive proof points, launch messaging, and event follow-up assets.
Build lightweight, repeatable product marketing processes for intake, prioritization, review, publishing, reuse, launch planning, and measurement.
What Success Looks Like Year 1
Core product pages and demo assets are live, clearly explaining how Code Metal’s platform works, what problems it solves, and why it is differentiated.
A key strategic product or platform capability has been successfully launched, creating a repeatable model for bringing major new capabilities to market.
Customer proof points are captured and converted into reusable assets, including customer stories, case studies, slides, one-pagers, and proof-point libraries.
A steady product content engine is producing high-quality white papers, technical explainers, solution briefs, web content, and field enablement materials tied to product priorities.
Code Metal has a scalable product marketing foundation with clear processes for intake, prioritization, review, publishing, reuse, launch planning, and measurement.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, developer marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
A track record of crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials for complex technical products, platforms, or categories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can make complex technical topics clear, credible, and useful without oversimplifying them.
Strong understanding of developer, engineering, and technical buyer audiences.
Strategic instincts paired with execution chops — you can set direction, build the plan, and ship the work.
Great taste and discernment: you can tell what is hype, what is real, and what will resonate with sophisticated technical audiences.
Ability to work closely with engineers, product teams, executives, sales, and customer-facing teams to turn complex ideas into compelling product content.
Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and building from an early-stage starting point with limited bureaucracy.
Experience creating or leading technical demos, product pages, customer stories, launch assets, white papers, one-pagers, solution briefs, or sales enablement materials.
Technical background or experience with AI, developer tools, embedded systems, semiconductors, heterogeneous compute, DSP, RF, GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs, or mission-critical industries is a plus.
