About the role
This is an opportunity to define messaging from the ground up, work directly with product and leadership, and have a real impact on how we grow.
Responsibilities
- Own messaging and positioning
- Define how we talk about Notch across the company, from high-level narrative to specific use cases.
- Turn complex product capabilities into simple, compelling messaging and continuously refine it based on market feedback.
- Drive sales enablement
- Create decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and other materials that help the team sell more effectively.
- Partner closely with sales to understand what’s landing and where messaging needs to improve.
- Understand the market and competition
- Track competitors, category shifts, and market trends to sharpen our positioning.
- Help the team clearly understand where we win and how we differentiate.
- Own customer insights and storytelling
- Gather customer feedback and turn it into strong case studies, proof points, and narratives.
- Make sure the voice of the customer is reflected across everything we communicate.
- Support product launches and GTM execution
- Partner with product and marketing to bring new features and capabilities to market.
- Help define launch messaging, rollout plans, and the content needed to support each launch.
- Get deep in the product
- Build a strong understanding of the product, how customers use it, and what matters most to them.
- Help create product demos, use case flows, and messaging that connects product value to real customer needs.
- Collaborate across teams
- Work closely with leadership, product, design, sales, and external agencies to keep messaging aligned across every touchpoint.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related role such as growth, strategy, product, or GTM
- Experience at a B2B tech company, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to make complex ideas feel clear and compelling
- Ability to operate both strategically and executionally
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong curiosity about products, customers, and markets
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to build from scratch
Qualifications
- Experience selling into financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Experience working with agencies or external partners
- Familiarity with sales-led or hybrid GTM motions
- Experience turning customer and market insights into strong messaging and enablement
- Comfort working closely with founders or senior leadership

Benefits
- Compensation: $115,000-$175,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits.
