Product Manager, Web
What You'll Do
- Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own a defined area of the digital funnel (e.g., discovery, booking, post-booking, loyalty) across web and app
- Define and prioritize product backlogs aligned to customer needs and business impact
- Lead your cross-functional pod (engineering, design, analytics) to deliver high-quality product experiences quickly and effectively
- Ensure strong execution using agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices
- Customer Experience & Optimization
- Continuously optimize existing features and journeys to improve conversion rates, engagement, and retention
- Identify friction points and opportunities through customer insights, data analysis, and experimentation
- Champion a customer-first mindset in all product decisions
- Innovation & Experimentation
- Develop and launch new features, propositions, and experiences that enhance the customer journey
- Run structured experiments (A/B testing, MVPs) to validate ideas and scale what works
- Bring creativity and innovative thinking to solve customer and business problems
- Data & Insights
- Use quantitative data and qualitative research to inform product decisions
- Define success metrics and track performance against KPIs
- Partner with analytics and research teams to generate actionable insights
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to align on priorities and deliver outcomes
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a high-performing e-commerce or digital-first company
- Demonstrated success improving customer metrics such as conversion, revenue, and retention
- Strong understanding of product management and agile methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams (“pods”) to deliver at pace
- Highly customer-focused, with a strong instinct for identifying and solving user problems
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data and research to drive decisions
- Creative and innovative thinker with a bias toward action
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing both B2C and B2B digital experiences, particularly at scale
- Exposure to complex, multi-channel digital ecosystems

Pay & Benefits
The annual starting salary for this position is between $150,000 – $175,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
