Product Manager-Transfer Switches

Major Responsibilities

• Create and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, working with Firmware, Hardware and Systems and Controls teams.
• Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.
• Affiliate in tracking product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on product updates.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience including at least 1+ years of experience in product management within a technical function.
• Ability to understand and communicate systems-level behavior (grid, power generation, backup power, load control).

Preferred Job Requirements

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
