Key job responsibilities

  • Own product vision and multi-year roadmap for manufacturing systems portfolio.
  • Drive architectural decisions and technical trade-offs across ERP, MES, PLM, and CAD systems.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to define system capabilities and integration requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
  • Create detailed PRFAQs and functional design documents for new capabilities.
  • Define and track key success metrics that demonstrate business impact and value.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define technical implementation approaches.
  • Define user acceptance criteria and success metrics for new features.
  • Develop business cases for new capabilities and enhancements.

Business Process & System Architecture

  • Drive standardization and simplification initiatives for manufacturing through value stream mapping of transactional processes to guide product development.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  • Partner with enterprise architecture teams on integration patterns and data flows.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential application.

Customer Engagement & Adoption

  • Serve as voice of customer for manufacturing operations.
  • Develop product adoption strategies and success metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and feedback loops.
  • Drive change management for new capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience.
  • Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.
  • Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain system concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations and analytical platforms.
  • Experience working with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience in SQL Server/MySQL, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
