Product Strategy & Technical Leadership
Own product vision and multi-year roadmap for manufacturing systems portfolio.
Drive architectural decisions and technical trade-offs across ERP, MES, PLM, and CAD systems.
Lead cross-functional workshops to define system capabilities and integration requirements.
Create detailed PRFAQs and functional design documents for new capabilities.
Define and track key success metrics that demonstrate business impact and value.
Partner with engineering teams to define technical implementation approaches.
Define user acceptance criteria and success metrics for new features.
Develop business cases for new capabilities and enhancements.
Product Strategy & Technical Leadership
Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
Business Process & System Architecture
Drive standardization and simplification initiatives for manufacturing through value stream mapping of transactional processes to guide product development.
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Partner with enterprise architecture teams on integration patterns and data flows.
Evaluate emerging technologies for potential application.
Customer Engagement & Adoption
Serve as voice of customer for manufacturing operations.
Develop product adoption strategies and success metrics.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and feedback loops.
Drive change management for new capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience.
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.
- Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain system concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.
- Experience in data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations and analytical platforms.
- Experience working with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience in SQL Server/MySQL, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
