Job#: 3051452 Job Description: Product Manager - Tech Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Partial Remote - need to be able to occassionaly come onsite to the Phoenix, AZ office) Role Overview This role serves as the primary contact for product and IT partners. The objective is to ensure that resource demand is well-documented, understand program roadmaps, and manage dependencies. The position involves actively managing backlogs, release boards, and intake processes to maintain cadence and focus in alignment with workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for product and IT partners to document resource demand and dependencies.Manage the PI readiness backlog, bridging intake and triage with time commitments.Manage the logistics of the internal release board, focusing on outstanding deliverables and communication needs.Manage the intake backlog, ensuring timely assignment and understanding of time commitments.Coordinate follow-up on cross-team, large program time-sensitive defects and warranty issues.Provide department-focused reporting and communication on key metrics.Track the production release of all committed work across PIs.Maintain Product Catalog documentation and assist in PDLC domain rollout.Facilitate and drive issue resolution and retrospectives between stakeholders.Develop knowledge of 'As Is' platform systems and 'To Be' system solutions.Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks. Required Qualifications Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience managing requirements for multiple large, complex, and cross-functional projects, with an emphasis on systems, technologies, and business process redesign.7 to 10 years of experience in a software development methodology, preferably the Agile Framework. Skills: Proven ability to write business requirements, including user stories, use case development, and workflow documentation.Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to build strong partnerships and trust with stakeholders.Strategic mindset to help drive product management decisions, governance, and long-term vision.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.Product and project management skills, including the ability to balance resource needs and evaluate risks.Competence in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience. Preferred Qualifications A background in the Securities Industry or Operations, with a focus on account open solutions.Prior working knowledge of JIRA or any related Scrum tools.
