Duties
- Responsible for all aspects of DGDG software products with focus on functionality and ROI.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to identify and develop functionality on multiple front-end websites and back-end engineering products.
- Handle cradle-to-grave ownership of product from product requirements and market projections through development, execution, and scaling, to product maintenance and ROI monitoring.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for consumer-facing products.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure execution of product milestones per the roadmap.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them in OneNote or Azure DevOps Boards.
- Create specifications for website developers and server-side developers, which will be written as tasks in Azure DevOps Boards.
- Specify any database or data lake file changes that will be required and document these in Azure DevOps Boards.
- Prioritize these projects among other projects that are currently being worked on.
- Assign work for these items to developers. Follow-up with developers in daily scrums to ensure coding related to the specifications is on track.
- Escalate to stakeholders, management, and team members any timeline deviations and issues that arise.
- Plan the release of the software with stakeholders and related teams, such as training or marketing. Follow up with stakeholders and customers/users of the product after release.
- Maintain documentation in OneNote and Azure DevOps Boards on software features that have been released so the overview of the entire product is clearly written for subsequent changes.
- Track errors using PowerShell commands to view the software logs. Escalate and document any errors in Azure DevOps Boards. Prioritize fixing these errors and add features to prevent such errors in future releases.
- Hold regular meetings to review product updates and gather new requirements from existing and new stakeholders (usually from Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, and HR teams).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations, such as Project Manager, Business Leader, Technology Consultant.
Special Requirements
- 3 years of experience in software development processes.
- 3 years of experience in product management.
- 3 years of experience with end-to-end understanding of the product lifecycle.
- 3 years of experience utilizing PowerShell, VSCode, and Git tools.
- 3 years of experience utilizing PowerBI or a related reporting engine.
Pay Range
$248,643 - $350,000/year.
