Product Manager, Specialty Solutions

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Product Manager for Specialty Solutions to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution.

About the role

You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and approve enterprise data architecture strategy and standards
• Hold authority for architectural approval of data designs before production
• Lead development of data models across core healthcare domains
• Establish standards for data organization and retention policies
• Direct data quality functions to ensure accuracy across enterprise data products
• Model silver-layer entities, ensuring proper design and integration
• Mentor Technical Data Analysts and ensure their active participation in domain teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years in data architecture, enterprise data modeling, or data warehousing, with progressive responsibilities
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare data domains
• 5+ years of management experience overseeing data architecture or governance teams
• Deep expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, including enterprise model standards

Pay

$132,087 – $161,806 annually
