Company: Fortidia Lakewood, CO Hybrid Schedule= WFH Monday & Friday, In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday We are an equal opportunity employer. We believe that talent, expertise, empathy and ambition drive our success, and we base hiring decisions solely on candidate experience and skills. We are committed to creating an inclusive hiring process. If you have specific needs or require adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know. For our Lakewood office, we are searching for a Product Manager, Shipping & Logistics, mainly focused on managing the shipping and logistics product category across our AlphaGraphics and PostNet brands while driving pricing strategy, product development, and franchise adoption. Shipping is one of the largest revenue categories across the PostNet and AlphaGraphics networks, and it is the one that moves the most. Carriers publish a general rate increase every year, adjust surcharges throughout the year, and periodically change how dimensional weight gets calculated. We need someone who tracks all of that closely and can translate it into what our centers should charge and what they will actually make to ensure they maximize business profitability. The role owns the shipping and logistics category. That includes the product roadmap, the pricing structure, the carrier and vendor relationships, and everything required to get centers offering and selling these services. The last part deserves some explanation. Our centers are independently owned, which means no one at headquarters can require an owner to sell anything. Adoption comes from building services that improve their economics, then handing them pricing and materials they can put to use the same week they receive them. Most of the job is that second half. Since most of our shipping strategy is executed through our proprietary system, Hub4PostNet, this role will also lead the development roadmap to better align the system with Sales & Operations needs. The Product Manager will report to the Lead Product Manager. Compensation$80k–$100k gross annual salary + bonus + benefits.
