Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end journey for priority customer segments: from identification through conversion to revenue.
- Make real product calls: extend an existing service, design a net-new experience, or integrate what wasn't connected before, and write the requirements to make it real.
- Translate high-level direction from the Head of Product into actionable journey roadmaps.
- Ensure consistency and integration across all touchpoints (site, app, lifecycle, paid, in-store).
- Maintain and optimize segment performance daily.
- Provide clear direction to the creative, lifecycle, and product/design teams for cohesive execution and value communication.
Requirements
- Product or growth PM experience driving outcomes across multiple products or surfaces.
- Genuine product instincts: framing problems like a product manager, making the call, and writing the requirements.
- Strong data fluency: living in the numbers and pulling/interrogating data yourself.
- Hands-on and semi-technical: navigating analytics and tooling, debugging, verifying implementations, and confirming tracking and journeys work end to end.
- A sharp eye for UX and messaging: giving useful, specific feedback on design and copy.
- Excellent written communication: writing briefs that make execution easy and keep it cohesive.
- An orchestrator’s temperament: organized and proactive, comfortable managing many threads across many teams.
- Bias to action: optimizing for business results, not activity.
