Product Manager - Remote

About the role

The Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and maintenance of technical applications and data services for health services research, AI research, and precision medicine teams.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a robust software engineering skillset and a customer service and process-oriented skillset to lead teams in the product life cycle.
• Assess customer needs and design product roadmaps.
• Lead efforts to build/test/validate/iterate on technical applications and analytic products.
• Maintain applications and analytic products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Or 4 years of experience with 2 years of experience in technical product management, focusing on requirements gathering, process streamlining, collaboration, and outcome measurement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a similar field.
• 2 years of experience with Electronic Medical Record, clinical data, Healthcare standard code sets such as ICD, LOINC, OMOP.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other major Cloud platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, DataBricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory/Airflow.
• Experience with Machine learning, deep learning model development, NLP model (Natural Language Processing) development.
• Experience with SciPy, Scikit-learn (SKLearn), Spacy, TensorFlow/Keras, and Docker.
• Data architecture experience, including data ingestion, processing, storage and reporting in a big data environment.
• 2 years of experience in product management, focusing on requirements gathering, process streamlining, collaboration, and outcome measurement.
