Product Manager (Remote)

The Role We are hiring a Product Designer to own the look, feel, and flow of the Thera product. This is a hands-on role for someone who has designed complex products before and wants to do it again with a platform that has real customers and real funds moving through it. You will own core product surfaces across payroll, payments, and EOR, from first sketch to shipped feature. You will work closely with the CEO, engineering, and operations to find the simplest design that solves the real problem. The job is not to make things pretty. It is to make hard finance work feel simple, and to ship it fast. Compensation: Contract engagement at $2,000 to $3,000 USD per month.
