About the role

This role is centered on supporting products and features tied to the modernization of pharmacy systems within a large, enterprise healthcare environment. The organization is making significant investments to transform legacy pharmacy platforms into a more scalable, integrated, and digital first ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
  • Translate high level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, driving decisions that maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Leverage data, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear alignment between delivery progress and business goals.
  • Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure quality, transparency, and alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing software products through the full lifecycle — from conception to launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and data driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification.
  • Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi team delivery environments.
  • Exposure to UX design principles and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical domains such as software engineering, cloud solutions, or data analytics.
  • Experience working on pharmacy, medical billing/insurance and/or call center projects.
  • Experience working on data, analytics and reporting projects.
