About the role

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, design, and business strategy, translating customer needs and data into features that ship and move the metrics that matter. Day to day, you will split time between deep discovery work, defining requirements, and staying close to your engineering and design partners as they build. You will run sprint planning and reviews, make prioritization calls under real constraints, and defend your roadmap with data rather than opinion. People who thrive here are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, enjoy the back-and-forth of cross-functional collaboration, and get genuine satisfaction from watching a feature they scoped move a dashboard number.

Responsibilities

  • Own and communicate the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Partner daily with engineering leads to scope, sequence, and de-risk upcoming work
  • Collaborate with design on user flows, prototypes, and usability testing before features reach development
  • Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reduce back-and-forth during sprints
  • Define success metrics for each launch and track performance post-release
  • Run and synthesize customer interviews, surveys, and usage data to validate product bets
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release reviews with cross-functional teams
  • Present roadmap updates and launch results to leadership and stakeholders
  • Triage and prioritize bugs, technical debt, and feature requests against roadmap goals
  • Coordinate go-to-market timing with marketing, sales, and customer success teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a technology or software company
  • Proven track record of owning a roadmap end to end, from discovery through launch
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams in an agile development environment
  • Strong working knowledge of product analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly and say no to good ideas in favor of great ones
  • Comfort working with design teams on wireframes, prototypes, and user research
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience shipping consumer or B2B SaaS products preferred

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $155,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k plan with company match
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Hybrid work schedule with flexibility for focused remote days
  • Parental leave for new parents
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Professional development stipend for courses and conferences
  • Commuter benefits for Seattle-area employees
  • Wellness program and mental health resources
  • Employee stock purchase or equity program
