PIMCO Sales Technology builds the products, platforms and solutions our global sales organization relies on every day. We're looking for a senior product leader to own our CRM product and lead its next-generation reinvention. CRM is one of the most widely used products across our firm. Like most enterprise CRMs, it centers on a form-heavy, data-entry-driven experience — and AI is changing what people expect from it. Your mandate is to evolve our Dynamics 365 platform toward a headless, AI-native CRM: a strong system-of-record and API layer underneath, with agentic and lightweight interaction on top, so that capturing and retrieving client information becomes effortless rather than an administrative task.
