Product Manager, Real Time

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, Real Time to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the strategy and execution for a real-time product portfolio, turning product direction into shipped capabilities that support enterprise customers. You will partner closely with engineering on architecture, scalability, and technical tradeoffs while also translating complex solutions into clear business value. The position will balance customer evidence, market insight, and internal collaboration to shape roadmap priorities and strengthen the company's real-time offering. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $240,000 – $320,000 annually Responsibilities Drive the roadmap and execution for the real-time product portfolio, developing specs into shipped products Collaborate closely with engineering on architectural design and scalability decisions Represent the product portfolio to enterprise clients, translating complex technical solutions into business value Conduct competitive research and gather customer evidence to shape product strategy and positioning Shape strategic decisions that support real-time capabilities across the organization Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technical domains such as data platforms and distributed systems Proven ability to lead product strategy in real-time data environments Strong technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineering teams on system architecture Experience with customer engagement and understanding real customer needs versus requests Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable plans Benefits Meaningful equity compensation with ISO options Flexible remote work environment with location-independent salary Early exercise and extended 10-year post-termination option exercise window Opportunity to work on innovative products in a rapidly evolving tech landscape Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
