This role focuses on managing the product life-cycle for Power Supply, Case, Case Fan, and AIO Cooler lines, with additional collaboration on other OPBG products. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Warehouse, Sales, External Partners, and HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Components product line, aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels; adjust as needed and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the PC industry.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Drive successful product launches, developing compelling positioning and messaging to maximize market impact.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product features, functionality, and user experience.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management (Power Supply/Case/Case Fan/AIO Cooler experience is a plus) or business development in the technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, workflow, and make timely, sound decisions.
  • Ability to present successfully to individuals and groups at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Proficiency in calculating figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Experience creating reports, especially in Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle ERP system.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and business models.

Working Conditions

  • Typically works in an office environment.
  • Travel when needed.
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods.

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 annually for roles in Fremont, California or City of Industry, California. The final amount will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. This range does not include bonuses or benefits.
