Product Manager - Payments - Vice President
About the role
As a Product Manager on the Healthcare Payments team, you will shape the future of product innovation by driving strategy, execution, and management of InstaMed’s Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) disbursement solutions. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities that influence the product development roadmap, conducting market research, synthesizing insights into actionable feedback, defining functional requirements, and managing product delivery through the software development lifecycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide customer value in the healthcare payments space.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead software development initiatives
- Manage cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups—Development, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercialization, and Operations
- Develop sound business cases in support of product development initiatives
- Manage product roadmap and prioritize feature delivery across releases
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product domain
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience at a technology company or financial institution
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience managing enterprise B2B and/or B2C payment applications
- Superior written and oral communication abilities
- Self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people, and getting things done

Pay
Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location.
