Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager II - Media Platform to join our Customer Lifecycle & Loyalty team. In this role, you will drive the delivery of product initiatives that power owned, paid, and earned media experiences across the organization.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and enhance media platform capabilities that support campaign execution, personalization, and performance measurement. This is an execution-focused product management role ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable platform capabilities and delivering customer-facing impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of media platform initiatives from roadmap planning through execution.
  • Define product features, break them into actionable epics and user stories, and support quarterly planning with effort estimates.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver platform enhancements for campaign management, automation, personalization, and channel integrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Analytics to prioritize work and ensure successful feature delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate status and dependencies to leadership.
  • Measure the impact of delivered features using campaign performance, platform adoption, and operational metrics.
  • Continuously improve platform capabilities to enable faster, more reliable, and more personalized customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in marketing technology, media platforms, customer engagement, or digital products.
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and delivering software products.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear product requirements and execution plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization, campaign orchestration, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and product success.
  • Understanding of email, SMS, push notifications, and other customer engagement channels.
