Product Manager- Industrial Electrical Products

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager- Industrial Electrical Products to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will own the strategy and commercial performance of industrial electrical products across the full lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing profitability. The position will partner closely with sales, engineering, suppliers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape product solutions that meet customer needs and support growth objectives. It is well suited for a product leader who understands technical industrial offerings, pricing discipline, and the operational realities of a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from strategy to profitability
• Lead new product development from concept to launch
• Gather and translate voice of customer (VOC) insights into product requirements
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to define product solutions
• Manage supplier engagements for cost, quality, and supply continuity
• Develop pricing strategies to meet growth objectives
• Monitor product performance and react to revenue and margin targets

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, engineering, or a related technical role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is required
• Background in industrial or technical products, with preference for electrical components or power distribution
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable product strategies
• Strong financial acumen in pricing and margin management
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay

$115,000 – $135,000 annually
