About the Role
As a Product Manager II, you drive the expansion and implementation of key product capabilities to fuel the growth of Housecall Pro products. You work daily with our engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to define the right backlog, structures, and frameworks that move the business rapidly forward. You balance customer needs and business objectives to deliver world-class software experiences. Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and articulate product vision and strategy for your focus area
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable cohesive and compelling product experiences on Mobile devices
- Conduct in-depth user interviews, surveys, and competitive research to uncover actionable insights
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to guide feature enhancements and experimentation
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to develop and validate scalable solutions
- Support product designers with user flows, wireframe feedback, and sound design principles
- Partner with go-to-market teams on product positioning, pricing, and operational requirements
- Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap to cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive feature execution alongside engineering teams to keep delivery momentum moving forward
- Track launch metrics, monitor feature adoption, and rapidly iterate based on post-launch learnings
- Utilize AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, and optimize outputs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, UX principles, and agile development practices
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations and complex functional requirements
- Ability to work cross-functionally across the platform to build experiences in different domains
- Experience working with product analytics and growth tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
- Familiarity with core product enablers (i.e. payments, subscriptions, loyalty programs)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Pay
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $118,000-$148,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
