Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Product Manager to manage the product roadmap and prioritize features and process enhancements based on business needs, compliance requirements, and customer feedback.
- Own specific product modules or features across the lending lifecycle, ensuring they are developed, tested, and delivered effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, originations, portfolio fulfillment, legal, compliance, and risk teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and ensure feature alignment with business goals.
- Manage sprint planning activities, update Jira boards, and track deliverables to maintain visibility and accountability.
- Contribute to borrower-, applicant-, investor-, user-, and partner-facing features that enhance transparency, usability, and compliance.
- Support data-driven decision-making by partnering with the data and analytics team to track KPIs, monitor adoption, and recommend improvements.
- Aid in vendor and partner integration projects, including testing and implementation support.
- Support user acceptance, quality assurance testing of new product features and collaborate across risk, compliance and department teams to ensure compliance and security standards.
- Provide regular status updates and contribute to management-level reporting and milestone tracking.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in technology, product management, business analysis, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, or equivalent roles.
- Experience in financial services, lending technology, or credit operations preferred.
- Familiarity with API integrations, vendor platforms, and product testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other product management and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product improvements.
- Comfortable supporting Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and borrower experience.
- Passion for innovation in fintech and supporting small business lending solutions.

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience, and state of residence. Schedule
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
