Role Scope

Own product for internal tooling: the systems manufacturing, delivery, or operations run on daily.

Live with your users: the factory floor, the site trailer, and the ops bridge are your discovery process.

Ship weekly with a small engineering team, cutting scope ruthlessly to keep the loop tight.

Measure adoption honestly and kill features that don't earn their keep.

What We're Looking For

• You've PM'd internal tools or operational software with real users.
• You do discovery by watching work happen, not by sending surveys.
• You write specs engineers thank you for: tight, decided, buildable.
• You've killed your own feature when the data said to.
• Bonus: Manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure domains.
• SQL fluency.
• AI product experience.
• Engineering background.

Compensation Range

$226K - $315K
