Hilbert is a scalable, data science-first growth engine that gives B2C teams predictive clarity into user behavior, revenue drivers, and the actions that drive sustainable growth. Fully agentic by design, Hilbert shrinks months-long decision cycles to minutes. From Fortune 10 enterprises to beloved brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, operators run their growth on Hilbert. We're also co-building alongside leading AI companies.

About the role

As a Product Manager at Hilbert, you will own the product vision end-to-end and help bring to life AI products that redefine how B2C companies grow. You know how to balance long-term vision with near-term execution, and you are singularly mission focused, but you are extremely flexible on the tactics necessary to achieve that mission.

  • Engage directly with customers to build a deep understanding of their domain, operational constraints, and highest-impact growth opportunities.
  • Gather product feedback, define requirements, and partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver high-impact features.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customer partners, serving as a trusted product and growth advisor.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to understand technical systems and collaborate effectively across engineering, data, and business teams.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and data-driven workflows is highly valued.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and drive product development across distributed teams and time zones.
  • Proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and continuously recalibrate priorities.

Location

San Francisco, with occasional travel for team meets, offsites or customer engagements.

Pay

Competitive salary + equity package. Performance-based bonuses tied to project milestones and customer impact.
