Product Manager -Gas

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Product Manager focused on gas-based solutions, based on the East Coast of the US.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the execution of portfolio product introductions and will work closely with the Product Line Manager to initiate, scope, plan, and execute major new product launches. This role collaborates with Product Management, Product Engineering, Procurement, and regional commercial and operational stakeholders to translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and drive their fulfillment through our product management framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead product introductions, changes, and updates organization-wide.
• Coordinate business case proposals, product requirements, and specifications.
• Support product lifecycle decisions (launch, upgrade, phase-out).
• Lead project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze market intelligence, competitor offerings, trends, and product performance to inform strategy.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance product and company competitiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align project activities with product requirements.
• Prepare product updates, presentations, and internal communications.
• Coordinate dependencies and communicate project progress.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on product updates and decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in a product-focused role (e.g., engineering, supply chain, operations) within a product-led organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong commercial understanding.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership over deliverables, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, culturally aware, and committed to continuous business and personal growth.
