Role Overview
Gen II is a leading fund administration provider focusing on private capital asset managers and investors. With over $1 trillion in private fund capital assets under administration, Gen II operates globally with offices in the US and Europe. We seek Product Managers who can contribute to the development and enhancement of Funded, an electronic subscription management platform.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to document project requirements
- Identify and solve downstream impacts
- Coordinate with internal technology teams to explain requirements
- Define success criteria and ensure they are met
- Create and execute user acceptance testing plans
- Create and maintain user guide documentation and release notes
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and technical solutions
- Add additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (with concentrations in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
- 5-7 years’ experience in the financial services industry
- 5+ years’ experience in business systems analysis and business process management
- Demonstrated experience with SaaS products, particularly Subscription Management Platforms
- Proven ability to analyze complex information structures involving multiple layers of data and workflows
- Independent thinking, prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
- Quickly adapting to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly evolving environment
- Experience working with stakeholders demanding high-quality and quick turnaround
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Superior problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical knowledge and business acumen
- Extensive Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting
- Private Equity experience
- Experience with data mapping
- Experience in Change or Release Management
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000, along with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. All US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprising three days in the office and two days remotely.
