Product Manager – Funded Platform

Role

Gen II is seeking a Product Manager to enhance and adopt Funded, an electronic subscription management platform. The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and Scrum teams to drive product development using SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to document project requirements
• Identify and solve downstream impacts
• Coordinate with internal technology teams to explain requirements
• Define success criteria and ensure its met
• Create and execute User Acceptance Testing plan
• Create and maintain user guide documentation and release notes
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and technical solutions
• Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
• 5-7 years’ experience in the financial services industry
• 5+ years’ experience in business systems analysis and business process management
• Demonstrated experience with SAAS products, particularly Subscription Management Platforms
• Proven ability to analyze complex information structures and workflows
• Independent thinker, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Quick learner, able to apply learning to recommend solutions
• Adaptable to changes in processes and procedures
• High-quality and quick turnaround demands
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Superior problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of financial reporting preferred
• Private Equity experience preferred
• Experience with data mapping preferred
• Experience in Change or Release Management preferred

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Hybrid work arrangement required, 3 days in office and 2 days remote

Pay

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000, with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Actual salary offered will depend on experience level.
