Product Manager, Engagement

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Engagement - covering the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
• Define and track engagement KPIs (MAU, AI engagement and satisfaction, medication adherence)
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand patient behavior and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to implement enhancements that increase habitual use
• Partner with the AI team to develop and refine the patient-facing AI experience
• Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong experience in crafting consumer applications with a focus on engagement, retention, and habitual use
• Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features preferred
• An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
• A self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A deep personal interest in health and longevity

Pay

$130,000 - $160,000 based on location and experience
