Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for evolution of discovery and feature requirements for podcasts
  • Build and execute a product roadmap from concept through to iteration
  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap through strategy memos and presentations
  • Cultivate diverse perspectives to prioritize strategic Podcast/NCE initiatives
  • Influence cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products
  • Develop business cases and measure the impact of product innovations
  • Understand and advocate for evolving member needs based on insights

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience developing consumer products and features with complex tradeoffs
  • Experience working on podcast streaming products at scale with in-depth understanding of the podcast lifecycle
  • Ability to own the entire product development life cycle from inception to launch
  • Proven leadership in effectively driving alignment across organizations
  • Expertise in A/B testing and strong business acumen with metrics tracking
  • Exceptional attention to detail linking small elements to larger goals
  • Excellent data-informed judgment and story-telling skills
