Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for evolution of discovery and feature requirements for podcasts
- Build and execute a product roadmap from concept through to iteration
- Communicate product strategy and roadmap through strategy memos and presentations
- Cultivate diverse perspectives to prioritize strategic Podcast/NCE initiatives
- Influence cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products
- Develop business cases and measure the impact of product innovations
- Understand and advocate for evolving member needs based on insights
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience developing consumer products and features with complex tradeoffs
- Experience working on podcast streaming products at scale with in-depth understanding of the podcast lifecycle
- Ability to own the entire product development life cycle from inception to launch
- Proven leadership in effectively driving alignment across organizations
- Expertise in A/B testing and strong business acumen with metrics tracking
- Exceptional attention to detail linking small elements to larger goals
- Excellent data-informed judgment and story-telling skills
