About the role

The Product Manager serves as a key member of the Product Strategy group, interfacing between and collaborating with various teams on product requirements, design, development, testing, and overall quality management. The role involves investigating new technologies, tracking industry trends, and ensuring communication and planning across development platforms. The Product Manager works closely with development and quality assurance teams to deliver products and solutions that meet requirements and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and define product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Drive the design, development, testing, and quality management of products.
  • Investigate the application of new technologies and track industry trends.
  • Ensure clear communication and planning across development platforms.
  • Work with development and QA teams to ensure delivered products meet requirements and business goals.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in financial services or fintech.
  • Well-versed in AI and interested in accelerating the team’s adoption of AI.
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg (BBG) and/or Refinitiv Workspace is a plus.

The base pay for this position is expected to be between $190,000 and $250,000/year, with additional compensation and benefits as outlined in the offer. Total compensation may include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and a full range of benefits such as medical, financial, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (vacation, sick time, parental leave), depending on the position offered.
