About the role

The Trade Management Product Manager leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product. They participate in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. They coach technical product teams towards best practices and learnings and ensure delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. They partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and support/drive escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
  • Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Pairs with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
  • Led the planning, development and implementation of new technical products. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
  • Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
  • Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Participates in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Minimum of five years related work experience.
  • Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
  • Deep understanding of investment operations and post-trade processes, systems, and operational workflows required. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
