E-Commerce Product Manager

About the Role

As our E-Commerce Product Manager, you will understand market and customer needs and develop strategic plans and roadmaps for each product suite. You will work closely with the business to determine the ROI of projects and assist in prioritization to maximize business benefit. You will collaborate with UX and IT to implement new features and functionality, acting as the voice of the customer and a liaison to the business for requirements. Additionally, you will assist in formulating product and go-to-market strategies, driving innovation while balancing corporate goals with long-term market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for each product suite.
  • Assist the business in identifying the business value, opportunity, and ROI of new products, features, and enhancements.
  • Work with UX and IT teams to evaluate options for creating innovative customer experiences while meeting financial goals.
  • Act as a liaison for business owners to define features, requirements, prioritization, and release plans for projects.
  • Identify market problems and opportunities for future products.
  • Adapt to a rapidly changing environment through process improvements.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings on short or little advance notice.
  • Collaborate in-person with colleagues and contractors in the E-Commerce Department office environment.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 4+ years of e-commerce product management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience creating and driving product vision and strategy.
  • Ability to perform job duties in a safe manner.

  • Strong sense of retail psychology, e-commerce, and user experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
