The Enterprise Product Manager will drive the strategy, development, and adoption of enterprise-focused product capabilities. This role requires strong customer empathy, technical depth, and the ability to operate across product and commercial teams.

About the role

  • Own the enterprise product roadmap from procurement readiness and security requirements through adoption, expansion, and long-term customer success.
  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand needs, translate feedback into product priorities, and deliver solutions that support large-scale deployments.
  • Build and improve enterprise platform capabilities, including identity management, access controls, governance tools, compliance features, administrative workflows, and cost management solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen enterprise differentiation by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and evolving AI adoption patterns.
  • Develop product strategies that support land-and-expand motions, helping organizations move from initial adoption to broader company-wide usage.
  • Act as the internal voice of enterprise customers by participating in customer discussions, sales conversations, and strategic engagements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, security, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products and measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain a high standard of product quality by applying strong judgment, attention to detail, and customer-focused decision-making.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building enterprise products and scaling solutions for larger organizations.
  • Proven experience moving products up-market and supporting enterprise adoption.
  • Experience building technical, analytics-driven products for sophisticated users and complex workflows.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales processes, including Fortune 500 customers, multi-stakeholder decisions, procurement cycles, and security reviews.
  • Strong understanding of IT, security, and administrative buyer needs when deploying software at scale.
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise technologies and concepts such as RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, governance, privacy, and compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams and evaluate technical tradeoffs involving infrastructure, APIs, and security.
  • Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and willingness to operate in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or public sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption challenges is highly valued.
