Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Owners.
- Hire, train, perform management, and provide corrective actions for direct reports.
- Collaborate with business leadership, including Marketing, Loyalty, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Finance.
- Partner closely with IT to serve as a technology consultant and liaison.
- Develop and manage the Digital product strategy and roadmap, focusing on guest outcomes.
- Drive discovery and outcome measurement, framing problems and running research, analytics, prototyping, and experiments.
- Manage intake and prioritization, ensuring the team ships what matters and can explain what didn't make the cut.
- Evaluate partner relationships across the ecosystem and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Management, with an MBA preferred.
- Minimum (7) seven years of retail technology and product management experience.
- Experience with best-practice agile scrum development and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Portfolio-level product judgment, experience leading products across multiple surfaces, and ability to make tradeoffs.
- People leadership, managing Product Owners, PMs, or product analysts.
- Business and stakeholder fluency, partnering with CMOs, VPs, and CFOs.
- Technical fluency, understanding platforms like ecommerce, loyalty, payments, and their risks.
- Analytical rigor, using data to prioritize and settle debates.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, passionate about guest needs, highly team-oriented, good at planning and execution, driven leader, collaborative, open to new ideas.
