Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Product Manager to play a key role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for this important launch.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the development and execution of brand strategy and tactical marketing plans.
- Support all phases of product launch planning and commercialization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial Operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, market research and brand performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Create customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging strategies.
- Develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials in partnership with internal teams and agency partners.
- Support sales force readiness through training materials, sales tools, and launch communications.
- Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, and project timelines.
- Maintain KPIs, sales performance, and market share to optimize brand performance.
- Effectively manage assigned budget ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget.
- Ensure consistent pull through of brand strategy across marketing projects.
- Demonstrate expertise of the clinical data for the assigned product, the disease state, the competitors, and the market landscape.
- Work with the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) Team to optimize engagements with KOLs and advocacy groups.
- Ensure marketing activities and materials adhere to all applicable laws and guidelines working with Compliance and the PRC (Promotional Review Committee) approval process.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or product management experience is required.
- Dermatology experience is preferred.
- Pharma sales experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting or leading a pharmaceutical product launch is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and commercial best practices.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, presentation skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others including senior leaders.
- Must be innovative and proactive with demonstrated track record of completing projects with minimal supervision.
- Must be comfortable in a start-up environment where priorities can change rapidly.
- Must have a strong knowledge of US Regulatory/Compliance guidelines that govern pharmaceutical promotion.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.

About the Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the launch of ADQUEY™, a novel treatment for mild to moderate Atopic Dermatitis, within the Dermatology Business Unit at Acrotech Biopharma Inc.

Min USD $140,000.00/Yr.
Max USD $150,000.00/Yr.
