Product Manager - Decision Advantage

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of our Decision Advantage product suite. This role involves defining priorities, understanding user needs, and driving projects to successful delivery. Key responsibilities include setting product strategy, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and prioritize user needs
• Identify and solve high-leverage problems for decision-makers
• Make tough decisions based on real-world constraints and user feedback
• Partner with engineering teams to develop impactful solutions
• Ensure that developed products improve decision-making and mission outcomes

Requirements

• Proven track record in defining and executing product strategies
• Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to discern critical information amidst conflicting data
• Experience working under tight deadlines and resource constraints
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• High level of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Technical fluency and comfort working with engineers
• Clear and concise communication skills

Qualifications

• Proven success in leading product development efforts
• Experience with data-intensive products and product analytics
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes
• Experience working in security-sensitive or mission-critical environments
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Willingness to travel for on-site work
