Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define and execute the product roadmap for consumer-facing digital products and AI-powered solutions.
    • Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into innovative product features.
    • Prioritize product initiatives based on business objectives, customer feedback, and data insights.
    • Develop product strategies that improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization
    • Optimize customer journeys across web and mobile platforms to maximize user engagement and conversions.
    • Design and improve digital experiences using customer behavior analysis and user research.
    • Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate product enhancements and improve conversion rates.
    • Analyze user funnels, engagement metrics, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities.
    • Deliver seamless customer experiences through continuous experimentation and optimization.
  • AI & Product Innovation
    • Lead initiatives involving AI-powered features, intelligent automation, and personalized customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Generative AI and AI-assisted capabilities into products.
    • Evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
    • Support AI-enabled recommendation engines, virtual assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
    • Drive innovation through experimentation with modern AI platforms and intelligent product features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics, and Business teams.
    • Translate business requirements into well-defined product specifications and user stories.
    • Facilitate product planning sessions, sprint reviews, and roadmap discussions.
    • Coordinate product launches and ensure successful feature adoption.
    • Maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Monitor key product performance metrics and business KPIs.
    • Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions.
    • Conduct customer research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
    • Build reporting frameworks to measure product success and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Leverage analytics tools to continuously improve customer engagement and product performance.
  • Product Leadership
    • Champion customer-centric product development practices.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Mentor junior product team members where applicable.
    • Ensure alignment between business objectives and product strategy.
    • Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

      Education

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
      • B.Tech, BE, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
      • MBA, MCA, M.Tech, Master’s in Product Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related disciplines is an advantage.
