What You Will Do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform and associated functionality, including custom analytics functionality and other frontend customization features.
- Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends.
- Define and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over time.
- Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problems.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in product management for a technology company
- Ownership experience of B2B SaaS UX-focused products
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical & presentation skills
- Comfort working with fully remote and distributed agile teams in multiple time zones
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks
- Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers
- Experience in development of products related to data analytics, search, or semantic middleware is highly preferred
- Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity
- Experience with products integrating native generative AI functionality (natural language search, agentic automated workflows, etc.)
- Experience shipping products within the context of a fast-paced AI-enhanced SDLC
