This individual will step into an active project, take ownership of an established execution plan, and provide the structure, accountability, and communication needed to deliver against aggressive timelines. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technical project management, Agile methodologies, and enterprise application implementations. They should be comfortable working closely with developers, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to identify risks, manage dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and ensure project deliverables stay on track. This person will play a critical role in successfully delivering Phase 1 while helping define the scope, requirements, and implementation strategy for Phase 2. What You'll Do:Lead the execution and delivery of a customer portal implementation, taking ownership of an established project plan, coordinating technical resources, and driving project milestones to ensure successful delivery within aggressive timelines.Establish and maintain strong project management processes, including Agile sprint planning, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, identifying risks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring teams remain accountable for commitments.Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and external partners, supporting complex data integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems such as Epicor and SAP, and other enterprise applications while proactively addressing technical and operational roadblocks.Drive communication, collaboration, and accountability across project stakeholders, facilitating meetings, providing clear status updates, escalating concerns, identifying gaps in requirements or execution plans, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.Support planning and execution of future project phases, partnering with Salesforce, internal stakeholders, and potential integration partners to gather requirements, define scope, prioritize functionality, evaluate implementation approaches, and develop project roadmaps for expanded customer self-service capabilities. What You'll Have:Strong IT Project / Product Management experience, specifically leading enterprise application implementations, software development initiatives, or complex system integration projects. Experience stepping into active projects, establishing structure, and driving delivery against tight deadlines is highly desirable.Hands-on experience with Agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, risk and dependency tracking, scope management, project documentation, milestone reporting, and managing cross-functional technical teams.Experience supporting implementations or similar enterprise platforms, preferably involving customer portals, Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or integrations with ERP applications. Solid technical understanding of enterprise systems and data integration, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers, integration specialists, and business stakeholders. Exposure to Epicor, SAP, APIs, or other enterprise application integrations is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify gaps, connect dependencies, hold teams accountable, navigate competing priorities, and proactively drive issues through resolution in a collaborative environment.
